Suggested Usage:
-For best results, use with your favorite skincare products to help glide across skin while massaging.
-For the face: Start at the forehead and move the stone upward from the eyebrows to the hairline. Then move to the cheeks, using an outward sweeping motion from the crease of the nose to the ear. For the jawline, massage from the chin upward toward the ear.
-For upper body: Start by massaging your neck in a downward motion toward your chest. Use sweeping motions from the middle of your chest out toward shoulder blades.
-For lower body: Start at the ankles and move stone upward, stopping at the knee. Then massage from the knee to the top of thigh.
-Pay special focus to areas that are believed to hold extra tension such as neck, chest, and legs.
-Stone can be refrigerated for an extra cooling effect.
