Suggested Usage:
-For best results, prep lids with a thin layer of Always an Optimist Weightless Eyeshadow Primer (sold separately), then apply eyeshadows as desired with eyeshadow brush or fingertips.
-For a quick shimmering wash of color, use a fluffy eyeshadow brush and sweep the metallic/shimmer shades all over lids.
-For extra payoff, use a dense eyeshadow brush or your fingertips and press the metallic/shimmer shades onto lids.
-For the most-vivid metallic color payoff, lightly dampen your eyeshadow brush with water or Always an Optimist 4-in-1 Mist (sold separately) before applying the metallic eyeshadows. Do not use matte shades wet.
-As the finishing step to any look, try layering the glitter topcoat (in the center of each palette) with your fingertip or a stiff bristle brush.
