- Apply a gorgeous wash of Eyes to Mesmerise with a brush, or pop on a brightening shimmer with your fingertips. - Sharpen your Pillow Talk Eyeliner with your Pencil Sharpener for a precise and pointed liner.- Start from the inner corner of the upper eyelid and draw a line as close to the lash line as you can.- Draw a thin line outwards until you are two thirds towards the outer corner, then extend & lift the line upwards & outwards to create a magical Pillow Talk gaze.
Tilbury Tip: You can make your eyes look wider and brighter by running Eyes to Mesmerise underneath the lash line with a Smudger Brush (sold separately).
